FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CICI ARTIST …Music & Masks!..Look up at the Palace!.

STAMFORD, CT—APRIL 28, 2008 - One Monday morning, listening to the traffic report during your daily commute, your eyes may have sparkled with a memory. When you were a kid you wanted to be… something. That was when you dreamed without worry of salary, mortgage and debts. It was when you dreamed with courage, inspiration and passion.

At age 50, Cici Artist packed up her office and took a leap of faith into the art world that called her name since childhood. She has become a locally established artist by pursuing her dream with a conviction and determination that only comes from the heart.

At the Palace Theatre, Sackler Gallery (May 8-June 30) she is having a show of her art work which celebrates musicians, who held their childhood dreams to pursue G-clefs and quarter notes with the same inspiration that Cici Artist uses to bend metals and paint canvas with elegance.

Cici Artist’s ”Music & Masks” is sponsored by the Stamford Center for Arts (SCA) Cultural Fine Arts Program . The mission of the SCA Cultural Fine Arts Program is to promote diversity, cultural awareness and inclusive environments through fine art. We are dedicated to fostering dialogue between contemporary artists, fine art collectors, students and the community at large by offering exhibitions, educational workshops and cultural networking events.
